By accessing our platform as an Advertiser or Publisher, or by interacting with our ad tags, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two primary ways: data you provide directly to us, and data our system automatically collects to serve ads and prevent fraud.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us (Advertisers & Publishers) When you register for an account, update your profile, or fund your wallet, we collect:

• Account Details: Username, full name, email address, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, and physical address.
• Financial & Payout Data: Billing addresses, PayPal transaction IDs, cryptocurrency payment hashes, and bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, SWIFT/BIC) required to process publisher payouts. (Note: We do not process or store raw credit card numbers on our servers; these are handled directly by secure third-party processors like PayPal).
• Platform Content: Ad creatives, images, destination URLs, and website domains you submit to our network.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected (End-Users & Network Traffic) To effectively route ads, track conversions, and actively block click-fraud, our ad-serving engine automatically collects the following non-personally identifiable information from users who view or click ads on our network:

• Network Data: IP addresses and masked IP subnets.
• Device & Browser Data: User-Agent strings, browser type, operating system, and device category (Mobile vs. Desktop).
• Geographic Data: Country and state/region (derived dynamically from the IP address).
• Interaction Data: Timestamps, click coordinates, referral URLs (the website where the ad was viewed), and ad impression counts.

2. How We Use Cookies and Local Storage

AdPush utilizes cookies and browser storage technologies to maintain platform security and ensure accurate ad delivery.

• Authentication Cookies: We use secure, encrypted session cookies to keep you logged into the AdPush dashboard and to track authorized affiliate referrals.
• Ad Serving (Local Storage): Our ad tags utilize browser localStorage to assign anonymous, randomized device fingerprints and track frequency caps (e.g., ensuring a user does not see the same ad more than 3 times a day). This helps us prevent ad fatigue and block malicious bots from draining advertiser budgets.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following operational and business purposes:

• Service Delivery: To operate the AdPush dashboard, serve targeted ad payloads, calculate bidding auctions, and distribute publisher earnings.
• Fraud Prevention (AdPush Shield): To actively detect, lock, and block bot traffic, duplicate clicks, proxy servers, and automated scripts from manipulating ad metrics.
• Billing & Accounting: To process advertiser wallet top-ups and execute publisher withdrawals.
• Communication: To send you critical system alerts, password resets, account verification links, and billing invoices.

4. How We Share Your Information

AdPush is an independent ad network. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted infrastructure partners to operate the platform, including cloud hosting providers, secure image storage networks (e.g., Cloudflare R2), email delivery services (SMTP), and payment gateways (NowPayments, PayPal).
• Network Transparency: Certain non-identifying campaign metrics (such as ad placement IDs or overall category performance) may be aggregated for reporting purposes.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the absolute legal rights, property, and safety of AdPush, our users, or the public.

5. Data Security and Retention

5.1 Security Measures: We implement enterprise-grade security architecture to protect your data. This includes forced HTTPS encryption, securely hashed passwords, cryptographic ad-serving tokens, and RAM-based (Redis) session management.

5.2 Data Retention & Pruning: We keep your account profile data as long as your account is active. To prioritize performance and privacy, we automatically purge raw, individual end-user click and impression logs from our databases after 90 days. Historical financial and performance data is safely aggregated into monthly summaries.

6. Your Data Rights and Account Deletion

You maintain control over your personal profile data. From your AdPush dashboard, you can edit your name, address, billing details, and contact numbers at any time.

Account Deletion: You have the right to permanently delete your account via the "Danger Zone" in your profile settings. Initiating an account deletion will instantly soft-delete your user record, anonymize your email address, hard-delete your connected website domains, and permanently remove your ad image assets from our cloud storage. Please note that historical transaction records and aggregated financial statistics are retained for legal accounting purposes.

7. Modifications to this Privacy Policy

AdPush reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated privacy practices.
